Exhibitor Information and Booth Prices
How can I become an exhibitor?
The Whole Children, Whole Planet (WCWP) Expo is about raising healthy children mind, body and spirit in a safe, natural, non-toxic, nurturing environment.
To be eligible to participate in our event, applicants must meet one or more of the following criteria, which outlines the WCWP guidelines and philosophy:
- Produce or sell natural health and/or environmentally friendly products at the manufacturer,
distributor, or retail level personal care, food, beverage, cleaning, household, garden, building, etc.
- Provide sustainable living practices education, or services
- Offer enrichment learning programs
- Non-profit/for-profit organizations offering information, and educational services to families
- Support holistic medicine practices
- Supply conscious entertainment
- Offer eco-travel destinations, hotels, spas, retreats, etc.
Accepted products and services include only those without chemicals, synthetic preservatives, pesticides, herbicides, coloring dyes (food, cleaning products, garden, body care, etc.), refined sugar, artificial sweeteners or flavorings, or items that may produce toxic off gassing, etc. There may be other possible restrictions, or conflicting principles not listed on this page.
Whole Children, Whole Planet reserves the right to reject inquiries that do not meet our criteria and/or are not in alignment with our philosophy.
Booth Prices
All booth prices based on 10' x 10' space
Add $150.00 for all corner booths - (not available for non-profit)
BUY EARLY AND RECEIVE CASH ADVANTAGES PURCHASE BOOTH BY September 30, 2009 and receive a 10% discount (only available on 10' x 10' booth):
- Before November 15, 2009
Standard booth rate = $1,200
Non-profit rate = $850
- After November 16, 2009
Standard booth rate = $1,400
Non-profit rate = $1,000

This option is for product distribution only, no on site presence.
Before November 15, 2009 = $600
After November 16, 2009 = $800
Half booth rate (10'wide x 5'deep) is based on the regular booth price (above) divided by two, plus $150
Each 10' x 10' booth includes, depending on location, either a pipe and draped/outlined area, or a festival pop-up tent:
• One 6' table and 2 chairs
• Four exhibitor/sponsor identification badges or wristbands
• An identification sign with your company name or booth number
Your organization's name listed as an exhibitor on the WCWP web site with a live link
Please note:
Retail selling and food vendors special permits are necessary (See Terms and Conditions #9 and #10)
• Electricity, carpeting, extra tables and chairs, umbrellas, wastebasket and booth cleaning are NOT included in the exhibit fee and may be purchased separately by exhibitor please see Exhibitor Registration Form (ERF) and Contract Download pdf now • Additional Storage, Freight and Moving Cost May Apply more information is available on the Contract-ERF pdf, or after January 2010.

In honor of our children and the planet A portion of all raffle proceeds will be donated to organizations related to environmental issues and natural health.
