Freight and Storage

This year WCWP has chosen Rockin Boxes Global (RBG) to help support our specific needs for storage, delivery and return shipping. While you are free to use a return shipment/freight provider of your choice, RBG will offer exhibitors a return service directly from the venue, as all items will need to be removed from the property by 10:00pm on April 24, 2010.

When RBG receives a shipment from you at the WCWP storage warehouse, as a courtesy they will contact you to see if you'll be needing their assistance coordinating your products safe return after the show. Their goal is to provide cost-effective shipping solutions with a customized quote for your needs - packing labor and materials, freight and insurance. If you won't be using RBG's service, please be sure to coordinate your products pick up by another courier or company by 10:00pm on Saturday night April 24, 2010. No future pick ups will be available from the school after April 24, 2010.

Storage/Warehouse Shipping Instructions:
All merchandise (product, booth, etc.) shipped to the Whole Children, Whole Planet warehouse in advance will be delivered by professional personnel directly to your booth on April 23, 2010 by set up time.

Warehouse Fees:
Warehouse storage fees are calculated at $5 per cubic feet and are due and payable to WCWP prior to set up on April 23, 2010. Please note: Palette shipments will require an additional $30 flat rate handling fee.

Please DO NOT ship any merchandise/product directly to Highland Hall Waldorf School - it will be refused.

The warehouse will begin receiving shipments on April 12, 2010 between 10:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. All products must arrive in cartons, boxed, or crated – product, and/or items not packed properly will be refused.

For those of you not shipping to the warehouse, but who will require assistance moving things to your booth, there will be professional personnel available to assist you for a flat rate of $25 payable to WCWP. Your needs will need to be identified and paid for in advance. Please contact show management.

There will also be a limited number of hand trucks and dollies available for load-in/load-out at HHWS for your use on a first come, first served basis at no cost. If you have any other questions please contact us at 818-781-8989.
